Casa La Pennica, located on the hills of Noto (SR), is a detached, spacious and comfortable single-family house. Very bright thanks to doors and windows on all four sides, the house provides guests with two bedrooms, a bathroom, a kitchen, a living room, a terrace and a garden with orchard.
The house can accommodate up to 4 people, which makes it the ideal solution for couples and families.
First bedroom is equipped with a standard size double bed, and a two level bunk bed is located in the second bedroom.
Kitchen is equipped with everything hosts need (fridge, freezer, microwave, oven, dishes, cutlery), as well as the bathroom.
The house, pleasantly cool even in summer, provides its guests with air conditioner (with heat pump function too). A washing machine, television and wi-fi connection are available to our guests. It is possible to park cars inside the property.
